Pan and zoom, how?

Hi,
As mentioned in my intro post; I have cameras capable of 8K movies. My YT uploads, and general video editing is in 2560x1440 resolution for the final video.
I searched YT for ways to do this easily, but none of the vids I found could explain exactly what I want.
In Premiere Pro, and in Corel Video Studio, there's a "pop-up" "pan and zoom" where the full 8K (4K in VS since it doesn't work with 8K, even if claiming so) where I get a frame/border for the timeline resolution that I can move around within the 8K/4K frame, making automatic keyframes when I move the 2,5K frame around to keep the subject in the center. Is there a similar option in DaVinci for doing that? Being a total newb with DaVinci Resolve, I haven't found an easy way to do this. I'd be happy if someone can direct me to a video/explanation on how to do this. Or, put another way, if I can put a track on the subject and have the zoomed-in 2,5K frame to automatically follow the subject so that the 2,5K frame follows the subject around within the full resolution frame.
Have I explained my "problem" correctly and understandably? English is not my first language. I have DaVinci Resolve Studio 20.1

Wish I could help you. I'm newb too and also English is not my mother tongue. Did you try to ask one of the Ai tools?
